Small Computer Big Technology

Nokia ,in the last week have announced that they’re launching their very first laptop computer. Nokia have bravely moved into the fiercely competitive notebook marketplace with their 3g device called ‘The Booklet’. They hope their incredibly powerful brand, and the progressive affiliation between cellphones and the web will place them in a good place to compete with other manufacturers such as Dell, Targus, Asus, and Sony.

The notebook features on-board 3G, GPS, and an HDMI port for external high definition video watching. Looks are definately one of the strong points, with the crystal-clear ten inch screen set in a stylish and professional case, and the battery life of eleven hours is a real selling point of the computer. People are speculating about the timing for the announcement of the Nokia Booklet, which will probably include information about the specification and launch date. Early indications are suggesting the beginning of September.

The notebook marketplace has evolved massively over the last couple of years, largely due to the increase of 3G technology; offering users access to the internet whilst on the move. It looks as if the inclusion of a 3g receiver within the device’s hardware is the way all laptop computers and notebooks will be going, whereas previously, an external USB dongle has been necessary to provide net to laptop computers on the move. There are still umpteen 3g free laptop deals available on the marketplace for savvy shoppers, where a mobile broadband contract can be bought that comes with a free laptop or notebook computer.

There are many free laptop deals available for people shopping on a budget.

The Booklet should be in instant win with prospective buyers in the notebook computer market, with its awesome technology features, and glossy design. The notebook computer market looks set to continue with it’s maturation by providing inexpensive impressive technology. You should no longer require an office, or a large chunky laptop to use the net in the house. People can browse the net from anywhere in the home or even the garden with ease, and they do not even need a home wireless network to be set up to do so. With a stroke of luck, we should see 3g technology being included onboard most new netbooks and laptops.
