If you do not have a normal sex life, it can be very frustrating and make you feel down and less important. Sex is a very integral part of life and is responsible for keeping two sex partners together. If there is any kind of hindrance in sex life it can cause problems for the relationship.

Erectile Dysfunction is one such factor which has caused many strained relationships. So, ED is not just a disease but is a big problem of our life. Before we discuss further, let us understand what this problem is. Erectile dysfunction is described as the inability of a man to achieve or sustain sufficient erection in order to have successful sexual intercourse. It is different from other conditions like lack of sexual desire or problems related to orgasm and ejaculation which also cause hindrance in successful intercourse.

Medical volunteer Anthony Loeff is writing about screen readers for visually impaired people

There are also open source screen readers, such as the Linux Screen Reader for GNOME and NonVisual Desktop Access for Windows.

The movement towards greater web accessibility is opening a far wider number of websites to adaptive technology, making the web a more inviting place for visually impaired surfers. Access technology such as screen readers and Screen magnifiers enable the blind to use mainstream computer applications. The rest have some vision, from light perception alone to relatively good acuity. However, using a screen reader is, according to some users, considerably more difficult than using a GUI and many applications have specific problems resulting from the nature of the application. Linux distributions for the blind include Oralux and Adriane Knoppix. The console-based Oralux Linux distribution ships with three screen-reading environments: Emacspeak, Yasr and Speakup. While Apple Mac OS X includes VoiceOver, a more feature-rich screen reader. Screen readers can be assumed to be able to access all display content that is not intrinsically inaccessible.

Recent versions of Microsoft Windows come with the rather basic Narrator. Indeed functionality remains limited compared to equivalent desktop applications, the major benefit is to increase the accessibility of said websites. The primary audience for such applications is those who have difficulty reading because of learning disabilities or language barriers. Comming season Anthony Loeff nonprofit worker is reporting screen readers for blind people A persons choice of screen reader is dictated by many factors, including platform and the role of organizations like charities, schools, and employers.

The Macintosh OS also comes with a built-in screen reader, called VoiceOver. Web browsers, word processors, icons and windows and email programs are just some of the applications used successfully by screen reader users. A screen reader is a software application that attempts to identify and interpret what is being displayed on the screen. Approximately 8 percent of those deemed legally blind, by any measure, have no vision. Increasingly, screen readers are being bundled with operating system distributions. Only a small fraction of this population, when compared to the sighted community, have Internet access.

The latter developed in part by Knopper who has a visual impairment. Screen readers are a form of assistive technology potentially useful to people who are blind, visually impaired, or learning disabled, often in combination with other AT such as screen magnifiers.

Later versions of Microsoft Windows include an Accessibility Wizard & Magnifier for those with partial vision, and Microsoft Narrator, a simple screen reader. Screen reader choice is contentious: differing priorities and strong preferences are common. Experimental approaches in sensory substitution are beginning to provide access to arbitrary live views from a camera.

This interpretation is then represented to the user with text-to-speech, sound icons, or a braille output. The open source GNOME desktop environment long included Gnopernicus and now includes Orca. Most legally blind people 59 percent do not use computers.

The Meaning of Hunger

In the weight loss industry, hunger is a dirty word, the villain that must be stopped in its tracks; however, it is this determination to eradicate hunger that has created the worst propaganda for diets. DIET has become a dirty word, associated with pain, starvation and all things “undo-able.” But if we look at hunger more closely, we will see that villainy is only part of its heritage. Hunger is more like Edmund in “The Chronicles of Narnia.” His cravings for Turkish Delights temporarily made him succumb to the wicked Witch until he broke through the cold inertia of her spell and re-created himself anew.

Hunger can be more appropriately viewed as an interim stage, part of a process of transformation. What we learn from our hunger is the key to long-term success in weight management.

There are different kinds of hunger; there is the real hunger for sustenance that comes after a hard day’s work. This hunger is necessary for our survival as it tells our body that it needs to replace the energy that has been expended.

Then there is the hunger we feel when we are boredthe Sunday afternoon variety that creeps into our bones like a bout of flu. You feel hungry even after a meal and you can’t seem to shake it off.

A more insidious form is the hunger we feel at the end of the day, a hunger that is ravenous, partly because we are hungry, but mostly because we are carrying the ravages of the working world home and we have no other avenue to tame the beast. This is the form of hunger that leads to unbridled bingeing and weight gain, and as long as the issues ( at work or at home) remain unresolved, the body will deposit layers of subcutaneous fat much like an armor to shield itself against what it feels to be an unjust grievance.

Yet it is this hunger that is the most redeeming of the three as it places in our path a problem that is actually an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. Change is inherent to the nature of the body; it is through change that we evolve, through change that matter is transformed into light. “Many physicists believe that all matter is ultimately composed of trapped light,” so claims physicist Fred Allan Wolf in his book “Mind into Matter” (46). We are “trapped light” when we are trapped by the “unconscious ideas that we’ve been taught”(62)such as “I am this or I am that. I am not good at this. I am meant to be fat or slow or lethargic.” These are all part of the armor that keeps us tied to the ground.

But this trapped light can be released when matter is brought into motion. We are not only talking about physical motion like exercise (which fits very well into the particulars of this dynamic), but creative motionthe meaningful activity which we all know is capable of birthing the unknown or suppressed self, the self trapped by inertia and fear, the self that sees no way out of its misery other than bingeing itself to oblivion. Jungian analyst, Marion Woodman, calls this inertia “the Great Mother crocodile,” that prefers “sleeping in the mud to transforming in the fire”(”Dancing in the Flames” 24). She is playing on the words “mother,” “matter,” “mater”primal mud of oblivion.

Edmund was part of this primal mud (he was looking for his Great Mother in the Witch) until his perception was cleansed and he saw a new reality. ” No new reality can exist without a new perception of reality”( “Mind into Matter” 49).And that’s why the hunger Edmund had for Turkish Delights takes on new meaning; it will no longer be fed by the Cold Spell; it will now be fed by the body in motionthe Great Battle against the Witch for Narnia.

And so it is with us. We need to find out what the source of our hunger is. What is the grievance that is eating us up? What unrealized dreams lay dormant under our cold spell? What possibilities for growth and spiritual awakenings have we stifled because of work, relationships or fear? What changes need we make to resurrect those dreams and desires? Will the path be difficult? Yes! Will it be fraught with danger? Yes! But need we fear it? No! Because we have the power within us to “birth” this new self. And as long as we keep our vision steady before us, we will succeed. Moreover, there are guides along the wayweight loss coaches, well-meaning friends and family, our own intuitionsthese can provide us with the tools to make the journey successful.

It is far more dangerous to keep things the way they are. The armor of fat and denial we have built around us becomes more impenetrable with time. Unless we choose to see and create a new reality, the old Mother prevails.

That’s why it is so important for us to understand the meaning of hunger. Sometimes hunger is not simply hunger for food. It is hunger for the emergence of a new self, hunger for a birth that, like any other birth, is a labor in progress. Are we serious enough about our well-being to confront our hunger, turn its energy around so that it serves, rather than stifle, us?

Cellulite Reducer or Liposuction? How Should You Get Rid of Cellulite?

So what exactly is this evil cellulite that so many of us suffer from? Simply put its small amounts of fat that become trapped in pockets just below the skins surface. Because the fat is close to the surface, it creates the icky cottage cheese appearance we all love so much. Thankfully there is an entire market developing around a new product, the Cellulite Reducer.

The answer for the last couple of decades to Cellulite has been liposuction. Simply put they suck the fat out of you, but since it is a medical procedure there are risks associated with it. Risks associated with Liposuction are:

Scars, swelling, infections, contour irregularities, and loose skin just to name a few.

Combine the medical risks associated with the expense of liposuction and it shouldn’t be a hard decision to give a good cellulite reducer a try before going under the knife. It’s a safer alternative and a lot less costly.

So how does a cellulite reducer work? If it’s not pulling the fat out of the problem areas how does it act on them from the outside?

First thing is there are some pill-based products that you can take as a cellulite reducer. It’s not really the best way to cure cellulite because blood doesn’t run well in the areas where cellulite exists. With low blood flow, it’s difficult to get the active ingredients to the area to reduce the cellulite. However you may think that’s it’s just as difficult to solve the cellulite problem from the outside in.

Not true, many cellulite reducers that are cream based products are applied to the affected area once or twice a day but they use active ingredients to actually shrink the fat below the skin. By shrinking the fat cells skin becomes more toned, and moisturized in the process.

It makes more sense to give a cellulite reducer a try. Of course the products do work. Most companies have many testimonials on their site about successful clients, but these products also have no medical risks and will not hurt your pocket book as much. In as little as 2 weeks some products will show an improvement, but you do need to be committed to the system.

Remember nothing happens over night, you need to follow the product instructions.

The method know as three dimensional ultrasound is used during early pregnancy, it can provide 3d pictures of the fetus. Most of the time these ultrasound images are collated and joined together and made into a movie to produce a 4d ultrasound scan.

Three dimensional scanning works in a similar way to the normal ultrasound scanning methods except that the ultrasound scanning pulses can be directed from multiple directions. The ultrasound waves can be reflected back and captured and provide information to construct a 3d image in in the same way as 3d movies. 3d ultasound scanning was started by stephen smith and olaf von ramm.

It’s important to understand that sonologists around the world always pictured three-dimensional images of the body in their minds while doing their 2d scans. However, until recently it was impossible to do this kind of reconstruction on on data using ultrasound. With the introduction of baby scans for the first time allowed us a peek into the mechanics of thinking of a sonologist and so letting us see the images on the ultrasound machine.

The 3d/4d ultrasound image should utilize ultrasound energy following the same limits as conventional 2d ultrasound to create the 3d images. While there is no information of harm due to 3d ultasound scanning, its use in none essential situations should be undertaken with the understanding of the risks.

Cancer Lies Impoverish You Before You Die (part 2)

Cancer Lies

Lie 1: Conventional medicine can cure your cancer.

Lie 2: It is criminal the way alternative medicine holds out false hope and diverts patients away from reliable medical treatment.

Lie 3: We put the patient’s interests first.

You’ll notice that lie 2 refers back to lie 1.

Conventional medicine has three weapons against cancer.

Surgery

Chemotherapy

Radiation therapy

Surgery is successful if the cancer is removed before it has spread. So it could be described as a cure for cancer.

Radiation therapy is based on the theory that your body is better at fighting the damage done by radiation therapy than the cancer is. So if you almost kill the body there is hope that you will completely kill the cancer.

Chemotherapy is based on the hope that healthy tissue will be better at fighting the poisons administered. All chemotherapy drugs use the patient as a guinea pig, because the drug companies argue that it would be cruel to do placebo controlled tests on patients who thought that they were getting medicine and were getting a sugar pill.

My theory about chemotherapy tests

When alternative medicine has 40% success the drug companies claim that it is the placebo effect. Now the placebo effect should work just as well for conventional medicine as for alternative medicine so if we subtract 40% from the success rate of chemotherapy, we will have the true success rate.

That means that when chemotherapy has a 1.5% success rate the figures would work out like this.

Out of 200 patients

80 are cured by the placebo effect (40%), then

77 of these survivors are killed by the chemotherapy leaving

3 chemotherapy “cures” (1.5%)

If these are the figures expected by the drug companies, it’s not surprising that they refuse to do placebo controlled tests.

Money the only consideration

In 1983, Ezekiel J. Emanuel, M.D. (an oncologist and bioethicist), presented the results of a study that examined the medical records of almost 8,000 cancer patients. Dr. Emanuel found that in cases where chemotherapy was administered in the final six months of life, ONE-THIRD of the patients suffered from cancers that are known to be unresponsive to chemotherapy!

According to Gordon Zubrod, M.D., (a researcher for the National Cancer Institute), chemotherapy is considered to be highly effective only in these cancers:

Burkitt’s lymphoma
Choriocarcinoma
Acute lymphocytic leukemia
Hodgkin’s disease
Lymphoscarcoma
Embryonal testicular cancer

Wilms’ Tumor
Ewing’s sarcoma
Rhabdomyosarcoma
Retinoblastoma

These cancers affect very few people so it isn’t profitable to restrict chemotherapy only to patients that will benefit from it. So if you know of someone who died of pneumonia after being given chemotherapy for breast cancer you will know that she was killed for profit. Because breast cancer is not on the list.

What happened to “We put the patient first.”?

If the cancer industry put patients first, patients wouldn’t be given chemotherapy that wouldn’t work.

If cancer patients came first, the industry wouldn’t suppress successful competitors.

1. A Canadian nurse invented an effective brew from four weeds. The cancer industry suppressed all sales of the weeds, and of the finished brew.

2. The CSIRO (a government research organisation) in Australia discovered a native plant that cured skin cancer. So the cancer industry managed to get it made “on prescription only”, and it is never prescribed.

3. Vitamin B17 was shown to fight cancer. So a concerted campaign was conducted to convince everyone that it would kill them. The campaign took advantage of the fact that most people wouldn’t know that the staple diet in parts of Africa is millet, which is rich in B17. Everyone is scared of cyanide, so it was emphasized that B17 contains cyanide - so does cobalamine, another vitamin that we need.

It looks as if the second lie is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. It should be the victims of chemotherapy who are complaining about the way conventional medicine holds out false hope and diverts patients away from reliable medical treatment.

One cancer specialist resigned from his work because he could no longer live with his conscience. He said that it was usual to get half a million dollars out of each patient before they died.

Prevention

Although the record of conventional medicine for curing cancer is deplorable, it is non existent when it comes to preventing cancer. The only preventive treatment that I ever heard of was the suggestion that all women should have their breasts removed to prevent breast cancer.

Alternative medicine excels at prevention. Many of the treatments are every day foods for some cultures and others are readily available.

Have you heard of any of these powerful cancer fighters?

Garlic

Onions

Broccoli

Tomatoes

Curry

Selenium

Curry

Apricot Kernels
